Hi, I’m Alli.

As a Senior UX Strategy & Design Leader with 15+ years behind me, I’ve built a career learning fast, moving across industries such as pharmaceuticals, nonprofit, retail, healthcare, interiors, and one very deliberate stop in chocolate (the free samples were a great perk). That speed taught me to ask the right questions, starting with who and why before what. It also showed me where I do my best work: staying close to an organization, understanding its users and business well enough to see what’s needed next.

What I want most is to go deep, building something that grows with the people who use it rather than moving fast across many projects. Success, to me, isn’t whether the interface looks right. It’s whether the underlying need got met. One participant in a health platform I led told us that if it had existed when they were first diagnosed, it would have made a real difference. That’s the bar.

Off the clock, you can find me teaching and playing American Mahjong (a game passed down to me), lifting heavy things, and playing fetch with my cats. 🐈 🐈‍⬛
