Hi, I’m Alli.

I've spent my career working across industries (pharmaceuticals, nonprofit, retail, healthcare) which has taught me to start with why and who, not what.

Most recently, that meant building a 0-1 national member platform from the ground up for people managing a health condition: going deep with one organization, understanding their users and their business, and building something that grows with the people who use it. What I care about most isn't whether the interface looks right, but whether the problem actually got solved for the people it was built for.

Off the clock, I teach American Mahjong, a game passed down to me from the generations before, and I'm now passing it forward. It's become its own kind of experience work: teaching people something new, and watching a room of strangers turn into a community. That's the throughline, on and off the clock: building things that bring people in and give them a reason to stay.
