Hi, I’m Alli.

I’m naturally curious. I ask a lot of questions, sometimes more than my PMs can handle, and I see that as a strength.

That mindset helps me make smarter design decisions by uncovering hidden insights and rapidly grasping the bigger picture.

As a UX manager, I currently lead cross-disciplinary teams designing digital B2B and B2C experiences for global clients, working at the intersection of product strategy, experience design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Much of my career has involved working across industries such as pharmaceuticals, retail and home improvement, automotive, public affairs and nonprofit, higher education, and luxury and consumer goods, often juggling several verticals at once. This has strengthened my adaptability, enabling me to quickly ramp up in new domains, align stakeholders, and guide teams to scalable solutions across diverse environments.

Off the clock, I’m a mahjong enthusiast teaching the next generation, a lover of puzzles, and a converted cat devotee (or an ailurophile as they call it).
