It's what helps me earn credibility in new domains and move quickly in environments that aren't fully defined yet.
As a UX manager, I lead cross-disciplinary teams on B2B and B2C digital experiences, working at the intersection of design operations, product strategy, and experience design. My career has taken me across a lot of industries (pharmaceuticals, retail, healthcare, luxury, consumer goods), often juggling multiple verticals at once. That's built genuine adaptability and a sharp eye for shaping decisions. And in a landscape where the tools keep changing, the judgment to uncover opportunity and catch risk early is what still holds.
Off the clock, I’m a mahjong enthusiast teaching the next generation, a lover of puzzles, and a converted cat devotee (or an ailurophile as they call it).
