The Cheese and Chocolate Collection explores the curiosity of fermentation and how we taste through our sense of smell. Part of an experiential chocolate collection, the illustrated and engraved bamboo box contains assorted cheeses, chocolates, and accouterments—the underside of the lid doubling as a cutting board.

The oversized book accompanies the gift box as a guide through the world of pairing cheese, chocolate, and fermented foods. Various printing techniques, photography, and illustrations enhance the whole sensory experience.
